Cancellation Policy

• If the workshop is postponed or cancelled by the instructor, Participant/s who have already paid will be given the option to:
  • Use their payment for a future workshop with the same instructor within a 12-month period
  • Get a full refund
• If the Participant/s withdraws their registration up to 30 days before the workshop date:
  • Participant can choose to receive a refund 
  • Or, Participant can opt to apply their payment towards a future workshop with the same instructor within a 12-month period
• The instructor reserves the right to change the workshop venue within the same city, and they will inform Participant/s of the new location in a timely manner.
• Travel, accommodation, and food costs are not included in the workshop fee. In case of cancellation, postponement, or location change within the same city, the instructor cannot be held responsible for any incurred costs (such as travel, accommodation, food, etc.) and the refund will not include these expenses.
