The Basic PSYCH-K® Workshop

A 3-Day experiential workshop, Certified PSYCH-K® Instructor Rosemarie Pletzer will teach you how to tap into your inner wisdom in order to quickly and easily change long-held sabotaging beliefs into beliefs that support you at subconscious level of mind. This course will teach you everything you need to know to help yourself, your family, or your friends make significant and lasting changes in their lives.

This is the foundational course for all of PSYCH-K®.

For some people, this is all the PSYCH-K® they will need to help transform self-limiting beliefs into self-enhancing ones! It is our limiting beliefs that often determine the limits of what we can achieve in life. We form these subconscious beliefs and perceptions primarily during the first seven years of life. Many of the beliefs formed helped us to adapt and survive in the environment to which we were born into. As life unfolds and we grow and evolve, so too do our conscious goals, ideas and wisdom. Often we outgrow the limitations of our subconscious mindset and it can be apparent when we are consciously trying to achieve a result and it’s as if we are sabotaging ourselves or holding ourselves back.

This is because our subconscious hasn’t caught up with our conscious mind. it’s still playing the old tape of beliefs from our childhood. It’s imperative to be able to learn how to communicate with the subconscious, identify and then change the limiting beliefs to ones that are supportive instead. PSYCH-K (R) is the simplest, verifiable and effective way of doing this.

During the Basic Workshop you will be changing subconscious beliefs on the first day! and learning how to transform subconscious beliefs quickly, with yourself and others, ongoing. You will have a toolkit for life!

This Workshop is a pre-requisite for all other PSYCH-K® workshops.
