Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Creating change at subconscious level of mind is very powerful and removes resistance to creating actual change. We still need to take conscious action to achieve our goals.

No. PSYCH-K is not a medical treatment. It is still beneficial to have self-supporting beliefs around being healthy rather than limiting beliefs around being healthy at subconscious level of mind. So, using PSYCH-K  is of great benefit.

Yes, we can use PSYCH-K® to help facilitate others in making changes they are wanting to make. Because it is a facilitation with someone, all facilitators can do this. Regardless of profession. We are not practicing medical treatment, counselling or coaching. We are simply and effectively facilitating our partner through their own process.

Life itself will show up with situations that we are not enjoying or where we feel resistance. This is a great place to start questioning ourselves. We learn how to communicate with the subconscious during the workshop, so that we can find if we have particular beliefs or not in regards to different situations.

PSYCH-K® is a non-invasive, interactive process of change with a proven record of success for over 25 years.

There are published research papers, in peer reviewed publications, based on QEEG/brain mapping research undertaken by Jeffrey L. Fannin, Ph.D., Director of the Centre for Cognitive Enhancement, in Glendale, AZ. Rob Williams, Originator of PSYCH-K®, co-authored the papers with Dr. Fannin.

More information on this reach that clearly shows the benefits of the bilateral and symmetrical brain wave pattern created by using PSYCH-K® can be found at this link:

Yes. That is what I had found too. The collective high of a group situation 🙂

This of course happens in PSYCH-K® workshops...we can all get excited as we feel the changes. Because we are changing these default beliefs at the level of mind that they were created, the change is lasting. Life is an evolutionary process. At some point we will notice we aren't feeling as good as we could...this is another opportunity to transform our beliefs or perception in this new aspect of our life.

In an Interview I watched featuring Rob Williams (the originator of PSYCH-K®), he stated that his highs were noticeably higher and his lows were noticeably higher. This is very much what I have noticed with the print out and experience of my life as I continue “balancing” the limiting perspectives that show up. My life journey is simply continuing to become smoother and more full of joy.

Yes. There are some key differences. PSYCH-K is a do with, not a do to process. We check that what we are about to do is safe and appropriate at all times. We keep it simple and verifiable. It is taught the same around the world. Rob Williams, the originator of PSYCH-K® has ensured that the Instructor community keeps the purity and effectiveness of the processes in place. It has an integrity, wisdom, simplicity and respectfulness beyond any I have found elsewhere.

We recognise that the key is not within the Instructor, or in PSYCH-K®, but rather in the individual seeking to make the changes they want. There are no hidden strings attached, just a self-empowered journey forward.

All aspects of life can be helped by using PSYCH-K®. Self-esteem, career, relationships, health and body, spirituality, grief and loss, finances. Any area we can think of or that we see we are limiting ourselves in.

PSYCH-K® is set of processes that are easily learnt. They act as a key in transforming beliefs at subconscious level of mind, where real and lasting change occurs. There isn't any magic in PSYCH-K®, it is simply an easy, powerful, verifiable and effective way to transform limiting beliefs to supportive beliefs. We can create new potential and then act upon it.

My name is Rosi Pletzer. I was certified by Rob Williams as a PSYCH-K® instructor 3 years ago. I now instruct PSYCH-K® Workshops around Australia and in Europe. I'm looking forward to bringing this amazing and simple process to India.

I had found PSYCH-K® at a time in my life when I was needing to create change and as quickly and simply as possible. I had read Bruce Lipton's book "biology of belief" and heard of this work through that. I had tried so many other processes. EFT, NLP, affirmations, willpower, subliminal tapes, different forms of self-help and assisted help through counsellors and coaches. Although i had found benefit in many of them, it seemed complicated and hard work to change the apparent stubborn areas of my life where I kept hitting similar road blocks or patterns.

After doing my Basic PSYCH-K® workshop I practiced and just kept transforming areas that were noticeable in my life. The changes that occurred over a relatively short period of time were noticeable to friends and colleagues in a meaningful enough way that i asked an Instructor to give a workshop in my home town as so many people who knew me wanted to attend the workshop for themselves.

If people are not interested or do not want to engage in the process then it is unlikely to be of benefit as PSYCH-K® is a DO WITH process. Our partner can be unbelieving of the processes but willing to engage and try it and that is great. It will still work.

Yes. Generally, we find people from all walks of life are attracted. Especially those who have a keen interest in developing themselves and who are wanting to achieve a state of self-realisation. PSYCH-K® allows a simplicity and speed in creating verifiable and lasting change at subconscious mind.

I see health practitioners, life coaches, psychologists, office workers, Mums, athletes, business men...all seeking to create accelerated and positive change in an aspect of life important to them or to use as another tool in their practice with others. So, to improve health and wellbeing, performance in career or sports, becoming a better parent, building better relationships etc.

Beautiful question! And an absolute no. PSYCH-K® Honours the spirituality of the individual and there is actually a permission protocol within the processes of PSYCH-K® that allows each individual to check in with that level of consciousness (spiritual) that the transformation about to occur is safe and appropriate for the individuals overall life. We do this for each transformative process. For me, it was one of the reasons I liked PSYCH-K® so much.

Again, absolutely not. We are using our conscious mind also. We are in control of ourselves at all times and when we are working with someone we are only ever facilitating with them so they can effect their own changes. They are always in control of themselves too.

A great question and one we address within the workshop. When a belief has been transformed at subconscious level of mind it has been changed. Full stop. It would take effort or repetitive intent to transform it again. This CAN happen. Not often, and if it does we can ask ourselves why have we wanted to re-create this? Often there is a benefit to the older way that we had not seen or understood. This secondary gain can then be transformed also or, if our new awareness sees value in keeping things as they are we can choose that too.

About 5 to 10 minutes. Occasionally longer and often less.

Yes! This is a common practice.

Requirements are an open and curious mind. The basic workshop is all that is needed to become proficient at being a facilitator. Like any new skill it is beneficial to practice those skills after the workshop. We give direction about this towards the end of the workshop and have added a third day to further assist with how to practice. Most feedback is that it is so natural to continue the processes after the workshop that facilitating becomes easy and simple within a matter of weeks.Requirements are an open and curious mind.
